First,there was a Phone call interview set up where they asked about my background and my areas of interest.
Next,there was a Developer in-person interview set up where there was a group discussion on the company.

Applied online. Scheduled a phone interview and received an assessment project via email prior to interview. During phone interview I found out, for the first time, that it was an unpaid position. Description of position during application process in no way indicated it was an internship or anything similar. Was an unpleasant surprise.
