Applied online and based on my resume was asked to come in to take and in house automated survey/test on a computer. After that was completed based on my responses, was asked to return for an interview with the Assistant Store Manager. Went through a formal person to person interview and was then told to expect a call later with a job offer or not.

The interview was quick to set up. It lasted about a little over 30 minutes took a few days to here back with an offer. Very friendly hiring manager explained the role and incentives in detail.
