Both of them ask a series of loaded questions at you and make notes as you answer, a mix of personal, workplace and common sense questions. They will fumble thru the process trying to catch you out in how you want to declare anything you know or don't know. The interview was vastly different to what the job advert and conditions were stating. You will know very quickly if this is a fake non job interview procedure.
