Phone interview, then in person interview with 4 managers. It was laid back and they asked the typical questions asked in interviews. A second phone interview can sometimes happen, if they feel they haven't gotten enough information.
The first part of the process is an OA that consists of coding and multiple-choice questions. After that is the technical interview followed by the last round with is a behavioral interview

hackerrank for 75 min, 15 min recruiter screen, 45 technical (going through your hackerrank; make sure to explain your coding thought process) and behavioral interview. Asking questions like what drew you to discover and where’d you hear about the opportunity.

I had 2 rounds of interviews (I believe that 3 is the new standard). For both interviews, it was really easy to speak with the recruiter and share my experience.
