I applied online and scheduled a phone interview, they asked me about myself and my work experience and decided food would be where they put me, they asked if I preferred Disneyland or California Adventure to be put in for my home location and I told them Disneyland then they assigned me to my section of the part and I found out during orientation my actual location

I got an offer right after.

I applied online through the Disney careers app. Months later, I received an email that I made it to the next round of the interview process. I initially was on the waitlist. It was a quick and easy phone interview (why do you want to work for the company, questions about customer service experience, etc). I passed again and got the job!

very easy to schedule an interview online, interviews are through zoom and about 10 minutes, meet with a hiring officer and they will go over any questions with you and could offer you a job location on the spot
