3 stages starting with an application form, face to face interview and then a final stage presentation to the CEO and head of department. In all, it took around 4 weeks from the applications closing to me being offered the role. I was called the day after my final stage interview. I was made to feel very welcome and they have a way of making you feel relaxed.

What I knew about DTL. Was asked a lot of technical questions relating to my role. I also had to prepare a 6 month strategy for the final stage and then asked various questions in response to my presentation.
