My interview process was quick and efficient. I had a phone interview with a panel and then a follow-up interview with my hiring manager. Dominion Energy puts a lot of time and effort into their internship program and appreciates the work interns do greatly.

I was sent an email asking to schedule an interview from HR.
Then, the first interview was a panel interview over Teams with three employees whose department I would be working in. The questions were a mix of typical STAR, personal/personality, and "How would you..."
When I did not make it further, I was sent a rejection email.

The interview was about 30 minutes and panel style; met up with the team leader and a person who graduated from the internship three months prior. General interview questions were asked.

Met with Two managers for an hour. Seemed like a good opportunity but was paid more in another industry. Would recommend to eng majors. Research the company thoroughly before hand. Good overall experience.
