The process was fairly straightforward I was asked to fill out a questionnaire then had an interview in front of a Pannell where I was asked various questions on prior job experience

There was one phone interview and then one panel interview with three supervisors. The asked both behavioral and situational questions during the interviews. The process took about 2 months.
