Very quick process. Started with a phone call with HR. Within a few days I was in Ann Arbor and interviewed with about 6 folks. Had an offer before I left the parking lot. They were decisive. Domino's hires for attitude first, aptitude second.

I don't remember any canned classic interview questions. My interviews were discussions about the business with topical challenges thrown in along the way. There was a genuine effort to understand who I was a a person and how I think.
