      The interview process was quite extensive, requiring significant time and effort. I was asked to prepare a five page case study tailored to their business, along with a formal presentation. After several stages, they scheduled a final interview, during which I was to present my case study over the course of an hour and a half. This final session was with the company’s co-founders, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Their demeanor was highly unprofessional—one of them appeared visibly distracted, avoiding eye contact and focusing on something else on his computer for most of the session. The only time he addressed me directly was to make a disparaging remark about my personal interest in reading, which I had shared in response to a question about hobbies. Given the lack of respect and professionalism I encountered, I would not consider pursuing an opportunity with this organization in the future.
