HR screening, onsite interview with UX team members and leadership, and additional phone interview. very passionate and experienced designers. however, interviewers were not well organized and prepared. Wish HR or UX leadership could better communicate role expectations and organizational needs. Inefficient interview process wastes time and money for the company and candidates and create frustrating experience for both.

Colloquio
I had a phone screen after I applied online with a referral. Told me immediately that they had an offer on the table with another candidate and never asked about me, my background or experience. I appreciate the honesty but the interview should have either been canceled or taken more seriously so that I may be considered for future roles. Additionally, I continue to get alerts for the same job opening months after the interview.
