Had a phone call screen with a recruiter that went well and continued on to two 30 minute round zoom calls each with 2 sales team leaders. My first call I was met by two people with very negative and condescending attitudes who seemed like they had their mind made up about me before they even started the interview. My second round only one of the two people who were supposed to be interviewing me showed up. Had a great conversation with the guy and he loved my tech background. Two totally different interviews in an hour, it was so bizarre. Upon completing my final round I was told the sales recruiter would contact me about the next steps. Waited a week and got no response so I sent the sales recruiter an email. No response to that either and it’s been 2 weeks now. This company clearly does not care about its applicants and will ghost you out of nowhere. If this is how they hire imagine how they manage. Guess I dodged a bullet.

1 screening call with HR + 3 interviews (all 30 mins or less). 2 were with managers, the last was with the director. No trick questions, very conversational. After each call, you will know how you did. Remember to ask questions at the end to show credibility and bring value to the call and you will impress interviewers.

Initial call with Liam Thomas then the SDR manager, Joe Lawson. Straight forward process.
Never received any feedback, or communication after the process - very disappointing experience given the Glassdoor reviews and overall praise on Dynatrace.

First interview was positive, I was then was pushed forward to 4 sales managers. One of the managers was distinctly disrespectful and kept telling me in a very frustrated tone to "read the job description" even though they encourage you to "be curious" and "ask questions". Weird!
