Drawn out and repetitive process. I applied in January with an employee referral and participated in 3 rounds of interviews over the next couple of months. First interview was a 30 minute phone call, second interview was a 60 minute phone call plus a writing assignment, and third interview was a 2.5 hour in-person meeting.
