The interview was with the CCAT, then two separate calls with members of the team. Very nice and conversational style. The whole process took about two weeks from start to finish and they were communicative throughout.

One 15-20 minute phone call interview just to overview my background and resume followed by an in person interview about a month later. Everyone was very friendly and helped answer all of my questions throughout the process.
