Sehr freundlich und auf gleicher Augenhöhe. Die Fragen waren für eine Junior Position gerecht. Vielleicht etwas Theorielastig. Dazu kam noch eine kleine Programmieraufgabe, welche auch mit Pseudocode gelöst werden konnte.

Der ganze Bewerbungsprozess war sehr mühsam. Immer wieder keine Antworten, musste über 2 Monate auf eine Erstrückmeldung warten, trotz wiederholtem Nachfragen. Vorstellungsgespräch war okay, von meinem zuständigen Recruiter bekam ich positives Feedback. Wurde jedoch trotz Interesse der Firma geghosted. Super.

After a few emails with RH, I have had a very nice first interview with Ristic Elena. A few days later I did my technical interview that was as expected and relevant for the job I was seeking. Unfortunately, due to vacations I got the response a bit late but other than that everything was fine.
