I had an initial phone interview with an HR person and they asked me one "think on your toes question". For my second interview I was then asked to prepare a presentation and that was followed by a Q&A. The second interview was an hour long and asked more basic interview questions.

1 con HHRR, 2 con el equipo, la segunda con un pequeño ej a resolver sobre una problematica, a resolver con IA o ayuda de algun software. No es muy dificil, es una prueba mas que nada de resolver un conflicto

People from the company were nice. The whole interview duration was around 1 hour. They asked about your previous projects and how you transfer your skills into the position you applied for.
Intense and long process, there are a lot of questions, total interview time for 45 minutes. There are three senior staffs interviewed me, are associate partner, department head and assistant HR manager.
