Got a call for screen, 3 days later i have interview and after 2 day i got offer but declined from my side as its low, then they negotiate with me but i still reject it

After applying a couple days after was posted, I received a call a little over 2 weeks later. I was told I would be receiving an email within the next week or so about scheduling an interview if I make their short list.
