Thourough interview process. Met with numersous people the first day and two more at the second session. Managers asked good questions that make you think outside the box as opposed to just listing your skills and experiences.

Colloquio
The interview process was a bout a total of 4 months long. There were 4 rounds of interviews. Phone interview, one on one interviews, and a group/panel interview, ending with a final round interview with your direct report. If you are looking for a quick turnaround on a job, ESPN is not the place. Thew interview process is very corporate and most roles start out as a "project" role before hiring full time at the entry level.
