Multiple interviews-no follow up. Don't be mistaken-the way they treat you during the interview process is a dead giveaway how you are going to be treated later. People I have talked to have been actually nice and asked good questions. It's apparent that you'd be working way beyond regular/anticipated hours but the pay range is not reflecting these requirements.

Interviewed in a group and toured the facility. Found job at a career fair on a campus. They provided lunch for us. We met a lot of people from different departments.
