Round 1: Aptitude test, about 70% applicants were eliminated at this round. The questions were easy to moderate level. 40 questions in 45 mins.
Round 2: Interview with a junior employee of the company, mostly puzzles were asked.
Round 3: Interview with a senior employee, again puzzles and gross estimation questions were asked.
Round 4: Interview with a Assistant VP of the company, mostly HR based questions about your background.
