Hice llegar mi CV a través de Bumeran, mi solicitud fue erróneamente dirigida para la búsqueda de staff por lo que hice pruebas técnicas, pero todo fue corregido durante la entrevista grupal. Me citaron para una entrevista con un gerente del área, donde principalmente conversamos sobre varios aspectos de mi trabajo anterior, y luego tuve una entrevista final con un socio que fue un poco menos técnica y más personal.

2 calls one with manager and then with partner. They went one after the other and before them i had a call with the HR person. I think the process went smooth and had no issues or complaints

EY’s interview process starts with an online application and an initial phone or video screening. This is followed by a recorded video interview with behavioral questions. Final rounds may include technical interviews, case studies, or group exercises, depending on the role. The process ends with an HR interview focused on cultural fit and career goals.
Consists of One-way interview, followed by several assessments and interview rounds with Manager/Senior Managers and Partner. Typically asks both personality-based and technical questions relating to audit procedures and methodologies.
Human interviews were positive, friendly and back and forth.
