There was too much automation at the beginning of the application process. Fill in your answers for generic questions, record yourself on the camera. This unfortunately does not allow a lot of people to express their true selves.

Elaborate on an innovative technology and how you would use it.
The whole process was good, the recruiters were nice and had a good impression of the company. After the final interview I received positive feedbacks and then I have been ghosted, they didn’t even answer to the follow-ups
An interractive accounting/consulting test with a very gamified interface. They first sent an email confirming my application then a link to the gamified consulting/financial advisory experience. Then the experience is ended with a 1 way video interview with a very short time to prepare.

Psychometric test with one video question at the end. Reading comprehension, numerical, pattern recognition and then a singular question video interview. Very standard process, similar to other large consulting companies.
