1. Recruiter Screen. 2. Outdated Personality / IQ style tests 3. Hiring Manager 4. Team Members. Pretty easy and straight forward interview. However, you will likely wait weeks to receive communication between each step. Expect to follow up many times and be given the run around.

Given my excitement about the field, it was very unfortunate that the company showed no respect of applicant's time which was a red flag. Their recruiter had sent me a 30-minute "pre-employment assessment", and after completing it I was told that I'd have to re-take it while being watched via Zoom to be considered for a screening. Hitting the bumps that early in the process hinted the high possibility of company not having their ducks in the row in other areas as well, so needless to say, I did not proceed.
