The interviewer began asking general questions about the details of my resume. The interview then proceeded on to a set block of questions required by Eaton. These questions were mostly behavioral and included questions such as "Describe a situation in which you had a disagreement with a manager and how did you handle it?" Emphasis was given to relating the outcomes of experiences to other experiences.

Interview was for 30 minutes, was asked questions like phasors, basic electrical machine working. Just basic electrical questions. At last some IQ and aptitude questions. Resume based simple questions were asked as well
