I had 3 rounds of interview/assessment in total. First, a meeting with HR, basics. Then a meeting with the team and your supervisors. They ask pretty standard questions, not too harsh on a fresh graduate/final year student. The final round is a written assessment within a certain time.

With HR > Senior Account Exec / Manager: The conversation was relatively concise and straightforward, focusing on reviewing personal strengths and areas for improvement. We discussed my key competencies, such as client relationship management, strategic thinking, and campaign execution, as well as areas where I could further develop, like delegating tasks more effectively or expanding industry-specific knowledge. We also touched on the potential scope of clients I would assist managing in, outlining their industries, expectations, and project demands.
