The process was smooth and the HRs were cordial. The interview consisted of three phases: 1) Coding Round 2) Technical Interview(mostly by members of the team you shall work in) 3) Discussion with HR The coding round was on HackerRank and the platform was good for coding. The technical interview covered various concepts in JAVA, J2EE and Frameworks(Spring, Struts). The framework level questions were asked as they were mentioned in my resume. There were a couple of questions pertaining to design patterns as well as I had mentioned them in the resume. The interviewers were observant on what projects I had worked on and the questions were mostly to verify the veracity of the roles and tasks in the various projects. Interview went on for around 50-55 minutes. The final discussion with HR was short and they were pleasant. The offer was rolled out in a week.

Good. Not very difficult to crack. Interview was fine with basic technical knowledge on the language you have previously worked. Should have a positive attitude and well dressed. Should be able to answer atleast 90% of the questions asked.
