Apply online through 12 page application with strict instructions given to apply correctly or the process will stop. After a week or more with no word, you receive notice that someone will be calling from a local branch to meet with you to discuss possible job offer. After interviewing with local FA, waiting for an offer can take weeks with several interviews happening in between. Once offer is made, background check will delay hire date another two to three weeks.

I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
