For the fresh it was simple and they make sure you knew the basics well. And there is a training after hiring to make sure you are aligned with the new technologies they are using

Face to face interview. Then exam paper contains questions about different domains: Data base, AI, ML, algorithms, programming languages. Operating systems, distributed systems. Then they give you contract to sign if you are qualified.
