She very clearly mapped out the steps of the interview process, which included an initial conversation with the hiring manager followed by a series of interviews with select team members. Then I was invited to participate in a final exercise to demonstrate their style of work and my skills. Karen communicated transparently with me every step of the way and made sure I was still engaged and interested.
