A phone call, then a group interview. Group Interview has two components, a speech in front of a group then there is an individual aspect where you have to read a "story". You get given around a week to prep for the interview (known questions). Interview is all about your ability to engage an audience and draw attention.

I applied online. Got a call back a few weeks later asking about my high school marks and why I want to work for Elevate. After the call, I had a face to face interview then I got an email inviting me to training.

Why do you want to work for Elevate? You receive an email before the interview with a couple of interview questions to prepare for. Its very straightforward.
