I had a terrible experience interviewing for a position at Embarcadero Media. The hiring manager treated me horribly during the interview process, making ageist and illegal comments about me being a lazy and entitled millennial. Not only was this completely unprofessional, but it was also incredibly offensive. To make matters worse, the pay for the position was extremely low, which was a major disappointment. The hiring manager did not seem to value my experience or qualifications, and his behavior left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a potential employee. Overall, my experience with Embarcadero Media was one of the worst I have had in my career. I would not recommend anyone to apply for a job at this company. The low pay combined with the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the hiring manager makes for an intolerable work environment.
