I talked to the recruiters at my university's career fair and then had a first-round interview on-campus. The interviewer was very friendly and asked more about my resume than any behavioral questions. The second-round interview was at the Process Systems & Solutions office in Houston. There were 3 30-minute interviews (one with HR and two with managers), a tour of the office, and a nice lunch. The people were very friendly and explained the entry-level position in detail.

The interview process involved numerous control theory-related questions, particularly focusing on PIDs, PI, P, and PD. Additionally, they evaluated my English proficiency by asking for stories to assess my second language skills.
