I was offered a phone interview with an HR employee over email. This employee did not respond to the emails I sent with my available times. I finally set up my interview after calling the employee (who claimed he never received my emails). During the interview, he was very dry and short with his answers to my questions and was overall unenthusiastic about the process. After the interview, I waited some days for a response which never came. I sent a few emails but was offered a different opportunity somewhere else before I attempted to call this employee again. The lack of communication was very unprofessional.

Basic phone interview with no in person interview After you fill out online forms, you have take a drug test at an off site location on a given date. Do believe its flexible.
