Over zoom, a bit intense with like 7 people on it asking a lot of questions. They were friendly enough but definitely felt a bit overwhelming and like you were failing

Experience, what would you do in a certain scenario, describing a time a coworker did something wrong and how you responded
Very thorough. Questions were situational which really makes you think and provide real and honest answers. A bit overwhelming with such a large group. Meeting with staff was helpful in order to get an idea of how they felt working for the organization.
