Online application with one telephone interview and one face to face interview. There was an online assessment, as well as the required drug test and background investigation. I did have to keep up the pressure on my recruiter to provide me with updates.

Everyone I met was very nice. Two employees interviewed me and the process took about 35 minutes. There were a lot of situational questions, so come prepared with some scenarios in mind.
