It's a lengthy process. I first submitted my application online, and received an email to do a digital interview. I submitted this, and then was directed to find 5 references and have them fill out an online form. About a week later, I was called in for an interview, and then got a second interview a week after that.

This was a virtual interview and I had spoke with the recruiter prior. It was conversational and everyone I spoke with was friendly! They gave me a pretty in-depth overview of the job as well.
