(Richardson location) Same day I applied I got an email response. First steps is to fill out references before you can be considered for an interview. 5 references 2 of which is managers. This steps sends an email to the references to fill out questions it takes about 5 minutes per what my references experiences. After that I got a call from the director to set up an interview. I went the next morning. The people at the location seem to be friendly and hospitable. I got there 15 minutes early so I waited about time of the interview when the director came down. The director at this location was very nice and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and didn't sit behind the desk but next to me. That conveyed she really wanted to know who she would be working with. She asked informational experience type questions. Nothing too hard but definitely geared towards the job itself.

The interview process was very conversational. She asked me questions like what I liked and didn't like about HR, if I planned on getting HR certifications, and questions about my previous experiences. She then gave me more information on the role and asked if I had any questions. After that, she gave me her card and told me she would send me an email to fill my references.
