I applied online and received a phone call asking me to come in for the interview. I met one on one with a manager, received a tour of the facilities, and was given a general run down of duties and responsibilities.

Had screen and assessment by hr. After two months had a sit down meeting. The manager did read one word off resume! He did not know where I went to school or what I studied, or about my work. Not sure I will apply again.
