I had 2 interviews with them, a classic HR one and another with my direct manager plus HR, where I had to present a. ppt (assessment from interview 1, which was very vague). First I think this job is actually not on the market, they are just looking for campaign ideas from the recruitment process, because it's opened since July and they are still doing interviews. Mine was in October and I talked with someone else and they had the same interview in July. Second, this is a Junior position and they don't really specifically tell you this from the biginning. It's an email execution position which by the way has nothing to do with the assessment in the first place, creating a multichannel campaign for 2 allocated customer segments needs way more knowledge and skill sets than to schedule some emails. In my opinion they are not reliable, very shady in their recruitment process and they don't know what they want from you, also it's totally unprofessional and illegal to make people create campaigns for you becuase it's intellectual property. They also didn't provide and feedback.
