Initial interview was in order to get to know each other.
What was expected from both sides, perks & requirements
This was al conducted without ever seeing any other employees, except for the CEO and the one who receives you when you arrive.
Afterwards I had to come in and submit a test which was more than 5 pages.
These questions where mainly related to C# or Visual Studio development.
