1. Was contacted by a recruiter via email to check out their management trainee position, I applied and was contacted to call the recruiter to set-up a phone interview
2. Did phone interview, just asked basic questions about information that I had stated in my application. He asked me why I was interested in Enterprise, why I chose the school I did, sales experience, etc. He then scheduled me for another interview with him at a branch.
3. Did the 1:1 interview, asked me "situational" interview questions such as "Tell me about a time when you had an upset customer, what did you do, what did you learn from it, etc" After those questions where done, he scheduled my branch visit and the 2:1 interview with Area Manager and Branch Manager
4. Branch observation was a little awkward. I just stood around and watched people work. The guy showing me around tried to tell me about computer terms and other sales terms they use that made no sense to me. It felt like it was my first day on the job and I was learning/training rather than just observing how they do business. I did my best to make up questions and act like I completely understood what he was talking about. Interview was a little intimidating, if I wasn't answering it the right way he would stop me and tell me to be more specific, which was fine just caught me off guard that he interrupted me. After that was all said and done he said they would be in contact with me as to whether or not they'd move me forward to the final interview.
5. Was called the next day to schedule the final interview with the Regional Vice President. Went to that, and he was really nice and it was NOT the easiest of the interviews. It was only difficult because by reading reviews I heard this was the easiest so I didn't prepare myself as much as I should have. He asked me to tell him 3 goals I have for my life, what I think the easiest part of the job will be, and what I think will be the hardest, a time I failed professionally, a time I had a problem with a group, A LOT of more of the situational questions. Then said someone would get back to me and a few days later was offered the job.
Overall, everyone was very friendly and I had a very positive experience with the company and am looking forward to starting there soon.
