The interview had both technical and hr round at the same time. The HR started the interview casually by asking my opinions on lot of current affairs and then the technical questions were asked.

They asked technical questions related to the projects
2 technical rounds and 1 managerial rounds. No aptitude. Difficulty level is above average. Need to have good coding skills. If selected, you get good perks and benefits. Panel clearly explain role and responsibilities.
There where three interviewers .In the interview two basic coding puzzles where asked. There was also questions about data structures. The interviewer was friendly and it was a very comfortable interview overall.

Colloquio
Thre is one technical round and one HR round. Technical is all about java and sql. HR round is good just some non technical questions with nice interviewer. Java is but tough you need to live code and optimise the code.
