First Round- Tech/Aptitude MCQs + Two Programming Questions. Second Round-Technical Interview. Lasted around 45mins. OOP,DBMS, Favourite Programming Language Basics . Third Round-HR Interview. Lasted around 1.5hrs . They basically want you to praise their company in this round with highly fluent English . They want you to talk like an IIM MBA graduate in Finance . Dear Envestnet, Please specify the aspects or qualities that you are looking for in a candidate . I think the interviewers got mixed up with their roles . They told during the pre placement talk that they are looking for good problem solvers and good software skills . They said that freshers are gonna work in Front End and Backend Web tech and during the interview they are asking unnecessary questions like the current Stock price of Envestnet , CEO of Envestnet , Finance Management , Business Economics etc .
