I had a screening interview for this position and was told I would hear back regarding next steps within two weeks. Unfortunately, I never received any response. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I was completely ghosted. Given that the role has been open for nearly a year, the lack of communication didn’t come as a surprise. Overall, very disappointing experience with no transparency or respect for candidates’ time.
