I completed multiple SAT-style assessments, and the final round required me to interview them. The process felt impersonal and lazy, which was ultimately disappointing and off-putting. However, I accepted due to no other offers

good not great. company loves themselves more than their employees. scares off new hiers with attitude. would not work there past 5 years. get money and get out. otherwise, not a bad place, room for advancement
Started with application, then the role interview (Zoom call), 2 skills assessments, and the final interview (4 hours long) with 4 different people in different calls (last 2 are important)
The assessment takes awhile, but the more personable interviews make up for it. There weren't any trick "gotcha" questions, which I found enjoyable. The first interview is on the phone and the final is through zoom.
