I am still in the interview process, but here is what I can tell you so far. I sent in my application, and a week later I received an email to take the Rembrant test. This consisted of answering questions similar to the GRE and other personality questions. A week later they told me they wanted a phone interview. This interview was low key and very informal, a girl with no HR experience asked me some questions and transcribed the answers into her computer. The questions were very basic (asked about my SAT, GRE, and other typical interview questions). The following day I was called because they want me to fly up to WI. I fly up tomorrow, to interview one on one and give a 20 minutes presentation. From what I read I will also have to take some tests.
