Got invited to an interview by a recruiter. I did some talking with the first phone call, which I thought went great, then got sent to do the skills assessment.

good not great. company loves themselves more than their employees. scares off new hiers with attitude. would not work there past 5 years. get money and get out. otherwise, not a bad place, room for advancement
Started with application, then the role interview (Zoom call), 2 skills assessments, and the final interview (4 hours long) with 4 different people in different calls (last 2 are important)
The assessment takes awhile, but the more personable interviews make up for it. There weren't any trick "gotcha" questions, which I found enjoyable. The first interview is on the phone and the final is through zoom.
