They had an extensive interview process. It started with a phone interview screening that focused on reviewing my background and discussing which of the open positions might be a fit. After that, the process advanced to an all-day on-site interview. The in person interview included tours, discussions with HR and technical staff, and a pretty intense series of tests on problem solving and coding. Overall, I was on the campus for >8 hours. Overall, the process left a good impression. Some of the steps seem a little over the top, but the people were professional and friendly, and it makes sense that they focus a lot on the hiring process because of the volume of hiring they do. The offer was tempting, but the potential for extensive travel (up to 20%) wasn't appealing.
Consisted of a full day of interviews and additional sessions to learn more about the company. Overall enjoyable and informative day that gave me a good look of the company and what my role would be.

The process began with an initial phone screening, followed by an online personality test and skills assessment. They then invite you to their campus for an in-person interview. While on their campus, you meet current employees, tour their campus, take a couple of written assessments, and interview with an HR rep.
