Very chatty process over 4 interviews. None of the interviewers seemed to know how to do a structured interview. Didn’t feel that I was challenged at all! Got down to the final two, and the other guy got it. Fair enough, except I found out the name of the guy that got the job a few months later. He was someone I’ve worked with a few years prior and I can safely say knows very little about the content of the job. Not impressed with the process or the seemingly unusual criteria for hiring people.
