I was contacted enthusiastically by the hiring manager (he had started recently and possibly was in a temp position). The interview went very well and he said next steps were to share my profile with the Comms team and that he felt confident they'd be interested in bringing me in for an in-person interview. After two follow-ups, he completely ghosted me. I've read quite a lot about the internal chaos of the company and after going through the process, I see why. It's extremely unprofessional they handled the recruiting process like this.
